Hey Ruthy, thanks for checking in. I actually already own a 2009 Prius, but was hoping to upgrade before the trip (and before I put several thousand more miles on it). I particularly want the sunroof, but ’tis not to be, not yet anyway.
I don’t have any family left in Fremont, so I made hotel reservations. If I make really good time across the country, I may try to swing through L.A. first. I’ll let you know.
